We wish to explain a bit about free will if we may. There is a view that, since your ultimate destination is decreed by Creator to be oneness, there is no free will. There is also a view that it means one can do whatever one pleases in the moment.

No decision is ever made without your express consent.

 Our topic for discussion today is The Councils.  All of you have experience of these.  Many of you have memories and dreams of this.  Even the very best efforts to describe these to you will fall very far short, but you have reached a level of awareness now that makes it possible to begin acquainting your conscious minds with this image, this interpretation of ‘how things work’.

We have spoken in our last message of ways, methods, to increase your frequencies. We will bring some of them forward today. Let us state beforehand that we are not going to give you anything that is new. After all, you have been on this path for thousands of years and many ways of doing this have been developed. You were the ones who developed them. So we will jog your memories.

Our name is one whom you call Noah.  We are a group consciousness, as are most of the ones whom are channeled to you at this time.  We come forth today simply to lighten things up for you just a bit.

The progression continues.  The equinox has passed, and still you feel no let-up in the downloads and changes to your energy fields.  There will be almost no respite for you now other than brief troughs between the waves.  The ‘surf’ will continue to build.  There will be several more very large ‘big ones’ for you to catch between now and the end of the year.
